In the beginning, I started with nothing but an ambitious mind and a Canon 350D with a 18-55mm lens. Three years later and I'm using a Canon 1200D with multiple lenses, ranging from the 18-55mm, 10-18mm and 180-300mm.
Over the years of studying photography and exploring different styles, I've come to the conclusion that I don't want to be the person that focuses on one style, whether it be street, landscape, fine art or even just a dominant monochrome page. Sometimes I'd like take my camera out for the day and say 'I'm going to take photos at a carnival. It's a great way to get street photography with purpose.', or maybe 'I'll go to London today and find some really interesting places that hold some of the most incredible architecture.' Some days it could be as simple as taking my camera in the back garden with my macro lens and photographing grass, because why not? I've come a long way with my work, and I plan to go further. The art of photography gives me the chance to bring life to a place I'd never imagine it to be. I have experienced product photography, events, landscapes, portraits, graphic design and various other styles. My plan is to travel and take photos, there's not much more I can say. It's a job I'd be glad to work in, and an art form I'd be proud to share with the world. |
